Stress & stress management - my views

Every person on this planet is fighting with the stress. This stress causes unhappiness in life. Basic causes of stress are negative emotions , past painful memories & uncertain future.
Then How we are going to get rid off the stress?

This is one great misconception that we can get rid off the strain. NO we can not do that. Then we need to learn how to combat with stress. Point is that stress comes from thousand ways . If you succeeded to shut one source of stress ,another two will open. We can not shut thousands of sources of stress. So we need to learn how to be happy with the present. Though it's easy to say, don't take stress, it's very difficult to follow it. But it is not impossible. with certain techniques we can achive this. Let me tell you one short story.
One man went to doctor n said " Doctor , I've pain in my whole body. Where ever I touch my finger it starts paining." Doctor checked him & found every thing is normal. Then he took x-ray of his hand. He found that patients finger is having hair fracture.
Our problems are similar. We complains about many things but problem is laying within ourselves. With little change in our approach things can change a lot.
People thinks that happiness depends upon outer things. If I get this I'll be happy. If I meet him or her , I'll be happy. No This is wrong concept.Be happy by yourself. You do not need any outer thing to be happy. For this we need to manage our stress.
People do many things to combat their stress. They change their home, job ,marriage everything they can. But.... Stress remains as it is. It's like you want to change a drama so you are changing actors & script remains same. So with new actors same drama is repeated. Change script to change drama. Change yourself first.Start loving & respecting everybody. More you hate someone ,more negative energy is generating within you. If you don't like someone just ignore him with respect. No one is so powerful to who can disturb you.
Just bring your mind in present. When your mind surfing in past memories or goes in future possiblities then we become weak. Bring back your mind to present . With help of breathing excercises like Pranayam it can be achived. Breath is present. We can not stop or postpone or we can not use a stored breath. Breath is different for different emotions. We breath deifferently when we are crying than that of when we are laughing. So by concentrating on breath we can control our emotions too. Pranayam is one of the Best method for controlling mind.
All these togater will develope an attitude within you leading you to real and endless Happiness.
